1. Description of the App
Diamonds Price Calculator (DPC) provides tools for calculating diamond price estimations based on:
diamond carat weight
color, cut, clarity
adjustments above or below the Rapaport DPC List price
bi-weekly updated Rap DPC price lists
historical price changes and market trends
the ability to save calculated diamonds for personal reference
The App is intended for informational purposes only and does not guarantee pricing accuracy for commercial transactions.
2. User Accounts & Information
To improve your experience, the App may collect:
full name
company name
address
phone number
contact list (if permission is granted)
other business contact information
You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
3. Use of Contacts
By granting access to your device’s contacts, you allow DPC to:
store your contact information,
use it for communication related to the App,
send updates, newsletters, and promotional materials.
We do not sell or trade your contacts to third parties.
You may revoke permission at any time in your device settings.
4. License & Intellectual Property
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal or business internal use.
All content, graphics, algorithms, pricing logic, and trademarks within the App belong to DPC, and you may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them without permission.
5. Pricing Information Disclaimer
Rap DPC List data is updated every two weeks.
However, the App:
may experience delays in data updates,
may display estimated values,
does not guarantee absolute market accuracy.
DPC is not responsible for financial decisions made based on calculations within the App.
6. Limitation of Liability
You agree that DPC is not liable for:
loss of profits, business, or data,
inaccurate price calculations,
system errors or downtime,
misuse of the App by the user.
Your use of the App is at your own risk.
7. Prohibited Actions
You agree not to:
reverse-engineer or copy the App,
manipulate pricing algorithms,
use the App for unlawful purposes,
upload harmful content or viruses.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
You may stop using the App at any time.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
