By downloading, installing, or using the Diamond Price Calculator (DPC) mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”).
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of the Service
Diamond Price Calculator (DPC) provides tools for estimating diamond prices based on characteristics such as carat weight, cut, color, clarity, and market reference data (including RAP-based pricing).
All prices and calculations are informational only and do not constitute a commercial offer, guarantee, or professional valuation.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You may delete your account at any time directly from within the App.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions (e.g., Monthly PRO Access, Yearly PRO Access) that provide additional features.
Subscription details:
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Prices may vary by region and are displayed within the App before purchase.
5. No Professional Advice
The App does not provide financial, investment, legal, or professional gemological advice.
All calculations are estimates and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for purchasing, selling, or valuing diamonds.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, calculations, and software used in the App are the property of Hajma Diamonds or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
Use the App for unlawful purposes
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its servers
Interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality
8. Account Deletion and Data
You may request deletion of your account directly within the App.
Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hajma Diamonds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the App.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
